The breakfast is very good, includes a lot of meals. Nice looking and well laid out room with reliable WiFi as well as a comfortable bed, and there's free parking onsite, if you travel by car.

Convenient location and nice surroundings. You can easily walk to the Miravalle Casino from here, which is a plus 👍. The rooms have comfy beds and the WiFi works well, so you can rely on that when needed.

The hotel is very spacious and comfortable, some things feel old-fashioned.

The staff, bad service to the client, had never arrived at a hotel and had rejected me because of scheduling issues, arguing that their system does not allow renting a room if not until after 3 pm haha literal arrive at night and did not want to receive me arguing that my reservation was for after 3 pm I had never seen a hotel where they do not want to generate profit because of a schedule the staff is to make the guest feel at home and there must be a person to solve problems, The owner of the hotel would not like to know that a guest was denied service because of the system, lack of professionalism in customer service but the young man who was there on Sunday 30th in the morning. A hotel that doesn't rent rooms because after that it is going to rent ? Hahaha, terrible.

We were really surprised by the quality of the food and service at the hotel's restaurant and room service. It was a relief to find out that they offer late-night dining options until 11 PM. The well-maintained hotel added to our positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

As someone who recently stayed at this luxurious hotel, I must say that I was extremely impressed with the overall design of the facilities. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning decor and tasteful furnishings. The staff here were also incredibly kind and attentive, making sure that all of my needs were met during my stay. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance. It made exploring the local cuisine a breeze! Additionally, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing me with a relaxing oasis to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
